All purchased MR.SOSSA items can be returned within 14 days. Make sure the items are unworn, in original condition and have the original labels.
It’s allowed to fit the items. Labels and tags may only be removed if this prevents the fitting and judging of an item.
If you want to return an item, make sure the item is unstained and return it to us in its original condition and factory packaging.
*For hygienic reasons we request you not to return underwear and swimwear.
If you decide to return items, please use our Return Form. Print and fill in the return form.
Pack your items in the original delivery package, and use the return label (which you find on the return form) to send back your items.
Please note: You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order.
You can return items for a refund to your original payment method. When you have chosen to pay afterwards the amount will be deducted from any outstanding costs your account.
All returns are free of charge, provided that all items you want to return within one order will be returned in one shipment. Make sure you use the original packaging.
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.You are liable for a reduction in value of the items resulting from acting differently than necessary to determine the characteristics and quality of the items. A damaged, stained, worn or washed item can not be reimbursed. When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items and presence of the original labels before reimburse the returned items.

You can easily return items by following these steps:
- Indicate the reason code and the quantity for each item you wish to return.
- Enclose the packing slip invoice in your return package. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.
- Stick the return label (which can be found on the return form) to your return package.
- Take the parcel to the post office. Don’t forget to ask for a proof of shipping.
- You are responsible for shipping cost.
